09.45-10.15      Coffee break – the famous Swedish FIKA
10.15-11.45       Seminars. We’re delivering two tracks; One looking at the administrative processes in Travel Management, one with a more mixed content for those who have not yet built a complete Travel process. You decide which track you wish to join when signing up.
12.00-13.00      Travel Manager Luncheon
13.30-15.00      Speed-dating

Costs for participation:
SBTA:s Direct members (buyers) participate in the Business Travel & Meetings Forum at no cost.
Other buyers participate at a rate of 695 kr excl VAT per person.

SBTA:s Associerate members (suppliers) participate at a rate of  6000 kr excl VAT.
Other suppliers participate at a rate of 10.000 kr excl VAT.

All participants and all signups are for the full day. As a Buyer you commit to participating in the speed-dating. As a Supplier, a table at the speed-dating event is included. Information on the conditions for participation will be found when signing up.
