Business Travel Brands, a survey conducted by Resegeometri, is the basis of the nominations. Almost 3000 swedish decision makers and business travellers have rated more than 100 different air carriers, hotel chains, travel agents, car rental companies etc. based in the Nordic countries, in eight important and integrated user satisfaction-parameters.

Business Travel Awards was established in 2007 by knowledge-based firm Resegeometri and SBTA, Swedish Business Travel Association, and is given annually.
