We hear more and more talk about the importance of working with duty of care, safety, security and the well-being of travellers. In a survey conducted by SBTA in the spring of 2014, responding Travel Managers said that the management main focus with regards to TM-related issues was now Risk. With this in mind, we set out to create a program around these issues.

A team of industry experts will come together to discuss the importance of implementing responsible travel practices with a focus on duty of care, safety, security and well-being of travellers. We want to demonstrate that responsible corporate travel programmes CAN add value and deliver an ROI for a business. In addition, there is the opportunity to meet suppliers via an exhibition area.

This forum will explore the theory and practice of creating and managing a responsible travel programme. Created to appeal to travel buyers looking to create a new programme and to others who want to learn how to move their existing programme to another level
