Nordic Business Meeting 2014 äger rum i Helsingfors den 6 mars. Rubriken för mötet är ”New frontiers of Managed Travel” och FBTA lovar oss en spännande och utmanande dag.
”What does Managed Travel 2.0, Open Booking or Unmanaged Travel actually mean? What kind of technology is available to support Open Booking? If travelers are allowed to use multiple booking channels, what will happen to payments, let alone contracted volumes? Can travel spend be monitored, and how will the data be captured?
